At Minnesota Cannabis Services, we’re building more than businesses — we’re building leaders. Our General Managers are the cornerstone of our retail operations, leading high-performing teams that deliver best-in-class customer experiences across one of the fastest-growing industries in the country.

As a General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of store performance — from daily operations, compliance, and financial reporting to team development and customer engagement. You’ll set the tone for excellence, drive growth through data-driven decision-making, and create a culture where people take pride in their work and deliver exceptional results every day.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and associates to exceed operational and financial goals.

• Oversee scheduling, cash and inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance.

• Champion a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.

• Develop and coach Assistant GMs, preparing them for future leadership roles.

• Collaborate with corporate and cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure safety, consistency, and excellence in every facet of operations.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a decisive, people-first leader with proven retail or multi-unit management experience. You thrive in dynamic environments, solve problems before they arise, and know how to build teams that win. You bring structure, energy, and focus to everything you do — and you expect the same from those around you.
