What Impact You'll Have
GRVTY is seeking experienced Network Engineer-Technical Experts to help deliver enhanced HPC capabilities across multi-vendor HPC servers, HPC clusters, and specialized processing environments.
What You'll be Owning
- MUST HAVE datacenter network design and architecture experience to include installation and configuration of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls and IPSEC virtual private networks
- Cisco IOS, CatOS, NxOS, filter and access control, Ciscoworks, TACACS+, ASA, FWSM, HP Openview, Cisco routers, Cisco Switches, F5/Cisco load balancers, Infiniband, Juniper, FiberChannel (FC) SAN, and VPN (IPSEC)
- Physical installation and configuration and troubleshooting of network routers, switches, load balancers and security devices.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stack and routing and switching protocols.
- Strong working knowledge of L2/L3 protocols.
- Strong working knowledge of stateful firewalls, and L3 access controls.
- Working knowledge of Atlassian Tool Suite.
- Able to support on-call requirements.
- Able to work in live call environment and utilize remedy and/or other ticketing system to track tasking.
- Virtualization products; VMWare and Solaris containers
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- Minimum ten (10) years of demonstratable experience in network engineering (LAN), architecture, monitoring, security, and protection or fifteen (15) years minimum experience in lieu of degree.
- DoD 8570 IAT II level certification.
- Must have datacenter network design and architecture experience to include installation and configuration of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and IPSEC virtual private networks.
- Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph clearance
Pay Range: At GRVTY, we understand that compensation is influenced by many factors—such as geographic location, federal contract labor categories, wage rates, prior experience, skillsets, education, and certifications. - The pay range for this position is: $162,000.00 - $192,000.00
