• Demand Generation Partnership: Partner with the global Demand Generation team to connect campaigns with ANZ sales priorities, target accounts, and pipeline needs, while ensuring Sales understands available programs and how to engage.
• Account Insights and Personalization: Use intent data, account engagement, market intelligence, and seller feedback to identify opportunities and inform program strategy, messaging, and personalization.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work across Demand Generation, Digital, Events, Content, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, and RevOps to deliver coordinated support for direct and partner-led growth, including identifying opportunities for customer stories, video content, webinars, and other regional programs.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor at least one direct report, providing clear direction, supporting professional development, and ensuring high-quality execution.
