This role requires a bird’s-eye view across people, processes, and technology, ensuring a high-performing, well-coordinated sales support function. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong background in sales operations, team management (especially remote teams), and cross-functional process ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a global team of 80+ staff, including performance oversight, structure alignment, and resource planning.
• Design and implement end-to-end sales operations workflows from client intake through onboarding and engagement.
• Own and maintain team structure documentation, clarify ownership of process steps, and ensure accountability across functions.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and leading process redesign initiatives.
• Oversee and optimize CRM and sales enablement platforms, support dashboard creation and pipeline visibility.
• Partner closely with Sales, Legal, and Intake teams to ensure cross-functional process harmony.
• Develop training, SOPs, and KPIs for team members; support hiring and onboarding in collaboration with HR.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, and report insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, client services, or business operations, preferably in a high-volume professional services or legal setting.
• Demonstrated success in leading large teams (80+ individuals), including offshore and remote staff.
• Strong experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and process automation platforms.
• Fluent or highly proficient in Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day execution and operational rigor.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
