Summary

The General Procurement Specialist II is responsible for purchasing indirect goods and services, including outsourced services, facility services, and operational fees. Key responsibilities include supplier sourcing, price negotiation, contract management, and purchase order processing to ensure cost-effective and efficient procurement operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage procurement of indirect goods and services, including outsourced services, facility services, and operational fees.
Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and service quality.
Manage RFQs, analyze quotations, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
Process purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs).
Manage supplier contracts and monitor supplier performance.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
Coordinate with internal departments to meet procurement requirements.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
Experience in Purchase orders/settlements/contracts for General procurement
