You will combine hands-on sales leadership with strategic operational rigor—optimizing sales plays, ensuring forecast accuracy, and empowering your team to close complex SaaS deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage, mentor, and elevate a team of Inside Sales Executives to consistently hit and exceed individual and team revenue quotas.

• Deal Execution & Strategy: Actively participate in strategic prospect calls, demo reviews, and negotiation cycles to assist team members in navigating complex sales cycles and overcoming objections.

• Performance Management: Conduct regular 1:1s and pipeline reviews to drive continuous improvement in messaging, prospecting, and conversion rates.

• Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Maintain detailed insight into team pipelines within CRM, delivering accurate weekly and quarterly revenue forecasts to executive leadership.

• Sales Enablement & Campaign Execution: Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align outbound campaigns, sharpen sales playbooks, and optimize lead follow-up workflows.

• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement data-driven improvements to increase rep productivity, outreach velocity, and deal velocity.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of total experience in B2B SaaS/Tech sales, with at least 2–3+ years of experience managing an inside sales or outbound revenue team.

• Prior background in SaaS, Cybersecurity, ITSM, Enterprise Mobility, UEM, Identity/Zero Trust, or EDR/XDR is strongly preferred.

• Proven history of leading teams to exceed sales targets and quota expectations in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.

• Proficiency with modern sales technology stacks (CRM platforms like Salesforce/HubSpot, sales engagement tools, and pipeline intelligence software).

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; strong ability to motivate, inspire, and hold team members accountable.

• Strong analytical mindset combined with a growth-oriented, "player-coach" leadership approach.

What We Offer

• Competitive base salary with attractive performance-based incentive structures.

• Comprehensive benefits package and flexible hybrid work environment.

• High-impact leadership opportunity within a category-defining, globally expanding enterprise SaaS organization.
