But we're not interested in simply maintaining what we've built.

We're looking for people who want to build what's next.

We are a company of high performers, leaders, and entrepreneurs. We believe the best ideas can come from anywhere, and the people who create growth should have the opportunity to participate in that growth.

You won't be handed a playbook and told to follow it.

You'll be given the opportunity to write one.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a PT who:

• Thinks beyond the treatment table
• Has a strong business and growth mindset
• Is motivated by building something bigger
• Enjoys developing people and leading teams
• Is comfortable taking initiative and owning results
• Has ideas for improving or expanding healthcare delivery
• Wants financial upside tied to performance
• Is interested in eventually having equity ownership
