• Build intuitive Power BI reports/dashboards and data models that translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Integrate AI capabilities (prompt‑driven workflows, classification/extraction, copilots/assistants) into new and existing apps; bonus if you’ve used AskSage and Copilot in enterprise contexts.
• Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements, iterate quickly, and deliver secure, compliant solutions.
• Thrive in a hybrid team, remote day‑to‑day, Crystal City on‑site 1-3/week for sprint ceremonies, demos, and stakeholder sessions.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with demonstrable delivery
• Advanced Power Automate expertise (HTTP actions, Graph/REST integration, custom connectors, solution packaging, environment strategies)
• Solid Power Platform knowledge and development experience (Power Apps basics, Power BI authoring, Dataverse/SharePoint as data sources)
• Proven experience building secure, production‑grade integrations
• Strong data skills: modeling, DAX/M, performance tuning, and governance in Power BI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills; comfort with rapid iteration and live demos
• CompTIA Security+ (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
• One or more job related computing environment certifications (EX: Microsoft Power Platform certifications e.g., PL‑900/PL‑100/PL‑300) (or required within 6 months of hire)
