About the Role At Twitch, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) partners with key stakeholders across the business to guide financial decisions and deliver actionable insights that shape the company’s growth. We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team, reporting to the Director of FP&A. In this role, you will act as a bridge between FP&A and emerging artificial intelligence tools, shifting from manual number-crunching to automated, agentic finance workflows and strategic data insights. You will help drive visibility into Twitch’s financial performance, support strategic initiatives, and develop data-driven recommendations that influence key business outcomes. Your analysis and insights will directly inform decisions made by the CFO and executive leadership team. You Will - AI & Workflow Automation: Partner with tech teams to implement AI agents, agentic workflows, and automated data pipelines to streamline budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reconciliations FP&A Modernization: Leverage AI tools to move away from manual data extraction and report formatting to focus on real-time driver-based forecasting, KPI metrics, and strategic advisory - Technology & ROI Business Analysis: Build financial models and evaluate business usage for enterprise software, AI licensing, and modernization initiatives. Support the annual planning and budgeting process, including data gathering, analysis, and coordination across departments - Business Partnering: Serve as a financial partner to Enterprise Platform & Technology (EPT) and Fintech organizations to support all forecasting and performance reporting activities - Executive Presentations: Create presentations that distill complex financial data into clear, concise charts and tables for senior leadership
