Who Are We?

RZR is an AI-native advertising platform built for the next era of performance marketing. We operate at the intersection of machine learning, programmatic media, and full-funnel mobile growth, powering campaigns for some of the world's most ambitious advertisers. Our platform is purpose-built to deliver outcomes at scale, not just impressions.

We are a team of builders, operators, and technologists who believe the advertising industry is overdue for a fundamental rethink. We move fast, operate with a high degree of ownership, and hold ourselves to an exceptionally high standard of craft.

RZR is scaling aggressively with an active M&A pipeline and a platform vision that puts us on a path to becoming an industry leader. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes.

Role Overview

As RZR's CTV Operations Manager, based in Bangalore, you will own the technical backbone of a business we are building from the ground up. CTV is one of our fastest-growing frontiers, and you will be the dedicated operator who makes it run: setting up, trafficking, and monitoring every Private Marketplace (PMP) and direct supply deal across platforms such as Beeswax, FreeWheel, Index Exchange, PubMatic, and Magnite.

You will work hand in hand with our CTV BD Lead. They source and negotiate partnerships; you own the technical execution behind every one of them, from integration and QA through to day-to-day performance monitoring. Along the way, you will help define how mobile performance advertising moves onto CTV, building process and frameworks rather than inheriting someone else's playbook.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who knows programmatic supply operations, enjoys digging into data, and wants real ownership early in their career.

Key Responsibilities

PMP & Deal Management

• Own the end-to-end technical setup, configuration, and QA of PMP deals with CTV supply partners
• Monitor PMP deal health daily, including fill rate, underdelivery, and pricing discrepancies, and drive resolution with supply partners

Supply Path Optimization

• Optimize CTV supply paths across exchanges and SSPs to reduce redundant hops and improve win rate and margin
• Evaluate the technical and operational fit of new CTV supply partners, and lead their onboarding and integration

BD Partnership & Reporting

• Serve as the technical and operational partner to the CTV BD Lead, owning trafficking, integration, and monitoring for every deal they source and negotiate
• Track and analyze CTV spend trends across partners, and proactively surface actionable insights before they become client-facing problems

Required Skills and Experience

• Around 2 years of experience in programmatic ad tech, with hands-on exposure to CTV/OTT supply-side operations
• Direct experience setting up, managing, and troubleshooting PMP deals
• Working knowledge of FreeWheel, Index Exchange, PubMatic, and/or Magnite
• Strong technical understanding of programmatic deal flows, including auction mechanics, supply path optimization, and header bidding
• Working SQL proficiency to analyze spend and performance data
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate operational data into insights a business development partner can act on

Nice to have:

• Experience with publisher-direct deals
• Experience in mobile advertising or working inside a DSP
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau

The RZR Code

Our Values

Our values define the company we want to be. They guide the decisions we make, the environment we create, and how we treat customers and each other.

• Win with Customers: We don't call it a win unless our clients win too. We earn long-term trust by putting their success at the center.
• One Team: No team wins when the company loses. We optimize for the company, not our function.
• Challenge with Respect: We say what we think and challenge ideas regardless of title. We are direct without being disrespectful.
• Learn Forward: Thoughtful experiments can fail; failing to learn from them cannot. Share what you learn.

Our Competencies

Our competencies define what we expect from each of us. They describe the behaviors and capabilities we demonstrate in our day-to-day work.

• Extreme Ownership: Own the outcome end to end, including problems you didn't create.
• Courage: Speak up, make hard calls, and take thoughtful risks.
• Move Fast: Act with urgency and decide with the information available.
• Curiosity: Ask why, look for better ways, and keep learning.
• Drive for Excellence: Set a high bar for quality and keep raising it.
• Deliver Results: Focus on outcomes that move the business forward.
• Proactive Communication: Share information early, before anyone has to ask.
• Manage Ambiguity: Make progress when the path isn't clear.
