- Partner with Engineering to evaluate, design, and enhance authentication and authorization capabilities including native authentication and support for SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, and federated identity frameworks
- Execute discovery and requirements gathering with enterprise customers to understand identity provider integrations, compliance needs, and zero trust adoption patterns
- Architect product specifications and user stories that translate complex identity protocols into intuitive, scalable platform features
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Security, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver authentication features that accelerate enterprise adoption
- Analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and competitive positioning to continuously improve IAM capabilities and reduce friction in authentication flows
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing products that involve identity and access management
- Deep experience with identity and access management, user authentication, or identity provider software in enterprise environments
- Strong technical proficiency with authentication protocols including SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, and federated identity architectures
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver secure, scalable authentication solutions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of zero trust architecture principles and implementation strategies
- Experience working with cloud identity providers such as Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, or Auth0
- Background in cybersecurity, compliance frameworks, or enterprise security product management
- We value experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow, as these skills translate well into our Enterprise-Grade Orchestration environment.
