Come join our Engineering team

Our Engineering team builds the infrastructure, reporting, and data products that turn Karat’s unique interview and performance data into meaningful insights. • Identify and apply emerging technologies, including AI-assisted workflows, to advance Karat’s interviewing platform and technical-assessment capabilities.
• Develop senior technical talent and engineering managers, build strong local leadership, and delegate meaningful product and feature ownership across teams.
