We are the better way to work in finance. As private equity’s value creation partner, we sit at the heart of PE—where sponsors and CFOs meet. Through financial consulting rooted in data, technology, and AI, we help clients drive value—supporting the office of the CFO to drive end-to-end value creation. If you crave challenging work and are looking to grow, come solve complex problems alongside a team of finance and technology professionals in a supportive, collaborative environment. Backed by leading private equity investors, we are a high-growth, entrepreneurial firm with a global presence. We are looking for people who want to help build something great and make a lasting impact.

Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator helps turn Accordion's marketing priorities into coordinated campaigns and programs, with a focus on CFO technology alliances, events, digital marketing, and commercial marketing operations. Our audience is CFOs and operating partners at PE-backed companies, and our alliance partners are the technology providers those CFOs rely on. This role sits where the two meet.

The right person is a strong project manager who is technology literate or technology curious and moves comfortably between creative execution and operational rigor, working across marketing platforms, cross-functional teams, and performance reporting.

This is an early-career role, and we hire for it with training in mind. The scope is broad, and no one is expected to arrive with every skill listed here. We expect you to grow into the full role, and we invest heavily in coaching and hands-on training to get you there. Curiosity, a genuine interest in learning, and the organization and attention to detail to produce polished work in a fast-paced professional services environment matter most.

Over your first year, you will build real depth in alliance marketing, digital marketing, and demand gen operations, with the chance to develop expertise in two or more of these areas.

This position must be based in our NYC office and is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week. Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location.

This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
