• Ensure laboratory activities comply with approved procedures, quality requirements, client contracts, Environmental Health and Safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain strong document and data controls, including SOPs, batch records, study data, client deliverables, quality review, and record-retention requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify risks and constraints, and lead practical process improvements that increase quality, productivity, and operational reliability.
• Manage and maintain a compliant BSL-2 cell-culture laboratory and promote aseptic technique, cleanroom practices, and a strong culture of safety.
• Oversee laboratory equipment and automation platforms, including evaluation, validation, qualification, maintenance, acquisition, implementation, and lifecycle planning.
• Manage laboratory supplies, inventory, storage, departmental expenses, rebilling support, and financial audit obligations.
• Partner with clients, Study/Technical Directors, Client Services, Product Management, and cross-functional teams on project planning, execution, reporting, interpretation, and issue resolution.
• Provide timely, decision-ready communication on project status, assay requirements, risks, constraints, and escalations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support method development, portfolio expansion, site research and development objectives, and other strategic laboratory initiatives.

Qualifications
