About Flipp
Flipp partners with the largest North American retailers and brands to deliver local promotions and savings to millions of engaged shoppers daily, driving superior returns on investments.
We help people make smarter shopping decisions with autonomy and accountability. With rising living costs, Flipp's mission is crucial. Our Shopper Consideration Platform allows retailers and manufacturers to create digital experiences from their savings & deals content, aiding shoppers in deciding what to buy and where to buy it. Together, we make a difference.
In 2024, Flipp joined forces with the European company Shopfully, creating a global leader in the sector. Together, we reach 400 million households and serve over 1,000 top retailers and brands across 27 markets, including Europe, Canada, the USA, Latin America, and Australia.
Our five principles, Progress Over Perfection, Clarity Through Transparency, Learn Loudly, Challenge with Empathy, and Always Build Better, bring a relentless progress mindset to life. They’re not just slogans, but they’re the behaviours we expect, reward, and hold ourselves accountable to. You'll be equipped to make an impact, realize your potential, and stay inspired every step of the way.
Flipp's Account Management team focuses on building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction to drive retention and growth. Our team manages Flipp’s high-trust partnerships with 98% of North America’s largest retailers, CPGs, and agencies. You will serve as the internal subject matter expert on a portfolio of retail partners, acting as the primary quarterback for business partner needs by supporting Account Executives and Account Directors with day-to-day executional activities. You will manage external day-to-day communications with retail partners through email and phone, while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, you will oversee reporting and data delivery to retailers, ensuring accurate insights and performance metrics are provided to help demonstrate and reinforce the value of Flipp to its retail partners.
What you'll get the opportunity to do:
- Own all communication to build strong relationships with external partners when context is defined (little-to-no ambiguity), and oversee internal communication on projects for retail partners.
- e.g. first responder to data/budget/performance requests (educating retailer)
- Prep/Lead internal and sometimes external meetings where topics are well defined and ambiguity is low (instructional/informative i.e. weekly syncs).
- Build decks for monthly/quarterly reviews & ad hoc performance analyses – own external communication of performance metrics and reporting
- Support AE with retailer strategy
- Oversee day-to-day analytics/reporting, effectively turning data into actionable insights for retail partners. Book, monitor, and report on Flipp distribution budget with retailer
- Quarterback on execution of all internal aspects of retailer projects – working cross-functionally with PA, Operations, Finance, etc. to effectively kickoff and execute on retailer requests. Own project from conception to completion with support from AE/AD
- e.g. Testing Kickoff, GMA campaign, geo-level distribution, Content Production
- Simplify & share depth of knowledge of both account-specific and Flipp-specific topics in order to communicate how Flipp has delivered value for the retailer. Best-practice sharing to effectively use case studies / key wins to gain alignment on future projects with retailer partners
What you'll bring to the team:
- 1+ year working in relevant industry/position (i.e. CPG, retail sales, ad tech, B2B, project management)
- 1-2 years of sales experience within relevant advertising technology, retailer or CPG industry
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (i.e. digital media agency or news media company)
- Project / process management experience, analytical skills and problem solving
