Who You Will Be Working With

At PMG, our Business Transformation team plays a critical role in shaping how we operate, scale, and evolve as an organization. We’re focused on building innovative, efficient, and future-ready business capabilities that connect people, processes, data, and technology to drive meaningful impact. Through cross-functional collaboration, intelligent automation, and continuous improvement, we’re transforming how work is prioritized, managed, and delivered across PMG.

You’ll report to the Head of Business Transformation and partner closely with Resource Management, Impact Operations, Customer Operations, People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, and business leadership to design and implement PMG’s future Workforce Management capabilities. You’ll play a key role in building scalable solutions, driving organizational adoption, and establishing the frameworks that support operational excellence and long-term business growth.
