• Partner with the Senior Accounting Manager to document, develop, and improve accounting processes and internal controls, with an emphasis on reducing manual activities and creating scalable workflows.
• Take ownership of assigned accounting processes and proactively identify issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with accounting and reporting activities associated with Eataly’s ERP environment and ongoing process transformation.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to resolve accounting matters and improve financial reporting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and reach well-supported conclusions.
• Comfortable working in an evolving environment where processes may not always be fully documented or standardized.
• Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and willingness to ask questions and challenge existing processes constructively.
• Strong Excel skills and interest in using technology to improve accounting processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
