Job Description

EchoPark Automotive is hiring a Tag & Title Manager for our dealership in Duluth, GA. Our Tag & Title Manager will play an important role in managing the processing of car deals, verifying costs for the accounting department, including the costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons, and handling the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles. We're looking for you if you’re a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support a team by providing guidance on daily responsibilities, overseeing workflow and priorities, and serving as the primary point of escalation for questions, issues, and operational challenges
• Process all vehicles for registration in the state that will be titled.
• Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder recorded before processing title applications.
• Check for accuracy in the application and ensure that all information is complete.
• Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
• Maintenance of our title database to ensure visibility to all title statuses.
• Oversee wholesale title transactions to ensure prompt funding.
