Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time, 80 hours per bi-weekly pay period
• 3pm - 11pm
• Every other weekend + every other holiday
• $41/hr. + shift differential

Job Description

Manage Care Operations and direct staff to provide health services to residents of Ivy Gables.

• Educate and empower staff to emulate the concepts of independent and assisted living.
• Delegate specific wellness tasks to the Wellness Center Staff.
• Assist the DOW to develop and implement wellness policies and procedures to create the “ultimate” care experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years geriatric, long-term, home care, memory care nursing experience preferred.
• Specific business experience with older adults or in the retirement housing industry preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Delaware RN license in good standing.
