We built Backpack because the traditional mental healthcare model wasn't working—for kids, families, or the clinicians trying to help them.
We're creating a different kind of clinical environment: one where providers have flexibility, support, meaningful collaboration, and room to grow.
When clinicians thrive, kids thrive. That's not a tagline. It's how we build.
