As part of our portfolio, ARCbuild’s mission is reviving the American dream of homeownership by offering affordable starter homes suited for young families and first-time home owners. Its innovation lies in reinventing the entire value chain of construction from a first principles perspective, using new technologies such as agentic AI, robotics and computer vision. The company has completed the R&D and product development stage for its hardware product and is looking to redefine the future of housing through innovative modular construction solutions. ARCbuild combines cutting-edge technology, thoughtful design, and operational excellence to deliver homes that set a new standard in real estate development.

We are seeking a Founders Associate Intern to support the founders on all critical aspects of building the company. This is an ideal experience for someone who wants to launch their own company: Entrepreneurial Real-Life Experience.

• Proven track record of independently managing projects and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Must be a proactive self-starter who can anticipate needs and take initiative without constant supervision.
• Exceptional analytical rigor and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; discretion and professionalism are paramount.
• Comfortable working remotely and maintaining high productivity and responsiveness.
