- Communicate project status, next steps, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Manage feedback and approvals, ensuring direction is clear, consolidated, and actionable.
- Oversee print, digital, large-format, signage, environmental, and experiential assets.

- Experience in financial services event production is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong project management skills across scoping, scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, risk management, and delivery.
- Knowledge of print, digital, large-format, signage, and experiential production.
- Experience working with print, fabrication, installation, and production vendors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management platforms such as Workfront, Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet.
- Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to use approved solutions responsibly when appropriate.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage competing deadlines.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
What success looks like
You bring clarity to complex requests, communicate proactively, anticipate risks, and keep teams aligned. You take ownership, remain composed under pressure, and consistently deliver high-quality event work on time and within budget.
