The hub functions as a large residential campus, with controlled entrances, lodging, dining and recreation facilities, parking and traffic flows, service deliveries, construction interfaces and continuous operations.

As Safety and Security Manager, you will be the site authority for physical-security operations and the primary security advisor to hub leadership. You will align multiple contract security teams and health and safety under one operating model, establish clear post orders and escalation protocols, manage access and badging, lead incident response and investigations, and use data to continually improve performance.

Your Work will include:

• Integrated security operations. Direct the 24/7 security program across gates, patrols, dispatch/control room, resident areas, parking, deliveries, special events and other assigned posts.
• Contractor performance. Set service expectations, validate staffing and qualifications, review schedules, conduct post inspections, manage deficiencies and hold security vendors accountable to contracts and key performance indicators.
• Own the site security plan, post orders, standard operating procedures, emergency response protocols and threat-specific playbooks; keep documents current as occupancy and construction activity change.
• Access, badging and traffic control. Maintain a reliable credentialing and visitor-management program; protect restricted areas; coordinate vehicle screening, deliveries, parking enforcement and safe pedestrian/vehicle movement.
• Oversee operational use and availability of CCTV/video management, access-control, intrusion/alarm, radio, duress and incident-management systems; coordinate maintenance and lifecycle needs with IT and Facilities. Conduct security risk assessments, audits and vulnerability reviews; monitor emerging threats; maintain the security risk register and recommend practical mitigations, budgets and capital priorities.
• Leading health, safety, and environmental programs that protect employees, clients, contractors, and the environment while ensuring regulatory compliance, managing operational risks, driving continuous improvement, and supporting safe, sustainable business performance
• Serve in the site's incident-management structure; coordinate response to violence, threats, trespass, theft, fire alarms, medical events, severe weather, missing people, demonstrations and other critical events.
• Ensure incidents are stabilized, documented, preserved and escalated; lead or coordinate investigations, evidence handling, interviews, trend analysis and corrective actions in partnership with HR, Legal and law enforcement.
• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of medical services across multiple departments, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality healthcare, emergency response, and occupational health programs
• Serve as the primary liaison between medical personnel, site management, external healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies when required.
• Ensure all medical incidents, treatments, and documentation are managed accurately, confidentially, and in accordance with established protocols.
• Advise operational teams on hazard controls, safe work practices, personal protective equipment (PPE), and environmental protection measures.
• Establish a professional, service-oriented security culture; verify orientation, licensing and site-specific competency; coach supervisors; lead drills and after-action reviews to all personnel on site.
• Build effective working relationships with hub operations, Safety, HR, Facilities, IT, client representatives, construction teams, emergency medical providers, fire services and law enforcement.

WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?

• Great home and work life balance on a 16 day on and 13 day off rotation
• Regular on-site presence with travel throughout a large indoor/outdoor working, including gates, parking areas, resident facilities and active construction interfaces.
• Ability to remain mobile for extended periods and work in variable weather, lighting, noise and terrain, with reasonable accommodation as required by law.
• Availability for an on-call rotation and occasional evenings, nights, weekends and holidays based on critical incidents, exercises and operational needs.
• Occasional travel for training, vendor reviews or business requirements.
• A remote work model, with Dallas–Fort Worth or another Southern U.S. location preferred.
• A team focused on safety, service quality, and operational execution.
• Comprehensive U.S. health and welfare benefits are available through employee-paid or employee-contributory plans, with enrollment options based on individual and family coverage needs
• 401K Plan – Offered with automatic Enrollment and discretionary Company matching contribution
