Strength in Trust
OneTrust’s mission is to enable innovation through the responsible use of data and AI. We believe that ensuring data is trusted shouldn’t slow teams down—it should accelerate what’s possible. OneTrust, the AI‑Ready Governance Platform™, unifies regulatory intelligence, automation, and connected governance workflows so businesses can continue to move at the speed of AI while ensuring good governance to prevent data misuse at scale. Trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide, OneTrust is shaping the future where trusted data becomes a transformative force for business and society.
The Challenge
Senior Managers of Engineering at OneTrust make long-term strategic and technical contributions. - Ensuring projects are delivered according to schedule without compromising quality, reliability, or customer trust.
- Good at finding opportunities to improve development processes, engineering productivity, and operational excellence.
- Experienced building onboarding and mentoring programs to teach and train other engineers in order to incubate individual and team growth.
- Comfortable leading through ambiguity and balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform investments.
Your Experience Includes
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 12+ years of engineering experience with a strong track record of successful development and delivery of complex, enterprise-class software that results in material market impact.
