About the team
The administrative team works with Stripe’s leaders to support their day-to-day administrative and operational needs.
What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting our business function.
Responsibilities
- Provide complex, proactive calendar support for multiple leaders
- Make recommendations to your leaders about time management, prioritization, delegation, and organization
- Coordinate domestic and international travel and manage all related details
- Prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of your leaders

Minimum requirements
- 1+ years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to execute
- Strong time-management skills, with the ability to adjust tasks and priorities as needed
- Ability to work across roles and teams in a fast-paced, changing environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
- Ability to communicate and perform well under pressure or ambiguity, anticipate the needs of others, and handle sensitive information and situations with care and confidence
- Business proficiency in written and spoken English to communicate with leaders and coordinate calendars, travel, and other administrative needs
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Experience supporting multiple complex calendars
- Experience booking and managing domestic and international travel
- Experience preparing expense reports
