Job Description

We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Florissant location (2500 N Hwy 67). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality products directly to our customers' doors while ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Florissant area
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and order confirmations
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally and addressing any questions or concerns
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices at all times
• Handle cash and payment transactions accurately and securely
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles encountered
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior to represent the company professionally
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a positive attitude

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; minimum 1 year of driving history if 19 years or older
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery use
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company-specific standards
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional behavior
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends as needed
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety procedures
• Comfortable using GPS navigation systems and mobile technology for route planning
• Resilient attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience
