Customer Operations Executive - Finnish Market

At Liberis, our mission is to empower small and medium-sized businesses by removing finance as a friction to growth, delivering contextual, embedded financial solutions to support merchants at every stage of their business lifecycle.
The role
- Be the main point of contact for our merchants across the Nordic markets
- Own customer queries end-to-end via phone, email and live chat
- Investigate and resolve payment-related issues
- Support our partners with day-to-day operational queries and ensure a smooth experience across the merchant journey
- Work closely with Sales, Underwriting, Collections and other teams
- Share customer feedback to help improve our product and processes
- Fluent Finnish and English (our office language is English); Swedish and/or Danish would be a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Interest in fintech or financial services
- Organised, adaptable and eager to learn
