- Support general office requests and workplace questions, helping employees get what they need to do their best work
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice management, and financial planning for the São Paulo office
- Support compliance with health and safety requirements, working closely with external providers, building management, and internal stakeholders to maintain a safe and compliant workplace
- Be a flexible team player, jumping in to support the Workplace team with ad-hoc tasks, PTO coverage, and operational needs as they arise

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role; experience in customer service a plus
- Ability to work on-site, Monday to Friday, maintaining a full-time, in-office schedule
