Talent Community | Data & AI

Future Opportunities | This is not an active job opening

Great opportunities and great people don't always arrive at the same time. Our Launchpad Data & AI Talent Community is designed for professionals who would like to stay connected with us and be considered when future opportunities align with their experience.

By joining, you're simply telling our Talent Team: “If the right Data or AI opportunity comes up, I'd love to hear about it.”

There is no active hiring process attached to this posting, and joining the Talent Community does not mean you are applying or interviewing for a specific role.

Who Is This Community For?

This Talent Community is designed for professionals working across Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, including areas such as:

• Data Engineering
• Analytics Engineering
• Business Intelligence

• Data Architecture

Your experience may include technologies, tools and practices such as:

• Python or other data-focused programming languages
• ETL / ELT pipelines

You do not need to match every technology or area listed above. Our clients, data environments, AI initiatives and technical needs evolve continuously. What matters is having solid experience working with data, analytics, machine learning or AI systems and an interest in hearing from Launchpad when the right opportunity becomes available.

What Happens After You Join?

Your résumé and profile will become part of the Launchpad Talent Community.

When a new Data & AI Engineering opportunity opens, our Talent Acquisition team may review existing Talent Community profiles before or alongside starting a broader search.

If your experience appears aligned with a real opportunity, one of our recruiters may reach out to share details such as:

• the role and responsibilities;
• project or client context;
• technical requirements;
• working hours and time-zone expectations;
• contract conditions;
• compensation.

You can then decide whether you'd like to participate in the recruitment process. Until then, there is no interview process underway and nothing else you need to prepare.

Joining the Talent Community does not guarantee that we will contact you or that a specific role will become available, but it gives us a way to find you when the timing is right.

What We'll Ask You to Share

We want to keep the process simple. Your résumé will remain our primary source for understanding your professional background, skills and technologies. We'll only ask for a few additional details that help our Talent Team with future matching and reporting, such as:

• Location
• English level
• Years of professional experience
• Current compensation expectations

Some of this information may change over time, so we'll always reconfirm relevant details when discussing an actual opportunity.

What Kind of Opportunities Could We Contact You About?

Launchpad works with companies across North America and other global markets, so opportunities may vary in:

• data platform and technology stack;
• project scope and maturity;

• seniority level;
• industry and client;
• working hours;

Most of our opportunities involve remote collaboration with international teams. Whenever we contact you about a specific position, we'll share the relevant details so you can decide whether the opportunity makes sense for you.
