Job Description

Host – Birdie G;s Fairmont Century Plaza | Los Angeles, CA | Full-Time | Permanent

Why work for Fairmont?

Join the team at Birdie G’s, the celebrated restaurant from James Beard Award–nominated Chef Jeremy Fox, now reimagined as an all-day California brasserie at Fairmont Century Plaza. A longtime fixture on the Los Angeles Times 101 Best Restaurants list, Birdie G’s blends American comfort food, Jewish deli traditions and California-grown ingredients. On the menu: house-made pastries and deli classics at breakfast, then steaks, fish and handmade pastas at dinner, alongside cult favorites like matzo ball soup and rose petal pie. Our bar program pairs classic and seasonal ingredient-driven cocktails with a wine list built around sustainable, low-intervention producers. Set in a space inspired by mid-century supper clubs, Birdie G’s is Century City’s new neighborhood gathering place, and you’ll help bring it to life from day one.

At Birdie G’s, every memorable meal starts and ends with you. As Host, you’re the first smile guests see and the last goodbye they remember. You’ll set the tone for every visit, keep the dining room flowing smoothly and make every guest, from first-time visitors to familiar regulars, feel welcome.
