💙 Why IntelliChoice Is a Great Place to Land💙

We believe happy nurses = better care. Radical idea, right? 🤝 A supportive, team-first culture—no egos, no nonsense, we keep it real at IntelliChoice

🌟Where Work is Family 🌟

At IntelliChoice Home Care, you’re not just “staff” — you’re family. We celebrate wins together, support each other through challenges, and make sure you love the work you do.

This isn’t just a “clock in, clock out” job. It’s showing up for someone who truly needs you and working for a company that truly values you. We’re hiring Rockstar Nurses(LPN or RN) for cases across North Carolina—where you care for one client at a time (yes, ONE!)

Why Nurses Choose IntelliChoice

• Your Schedule, Your Way – No burnout. You choose your cases, shifts, and patient type (Adult or Pediatric).
• One-on-One Care – No rushing, no juggling multiple patients. Just quality nursing in the home.
• TOP WEEKLY PAY– Because no one should have to wait two weeks +incentives for high-need cases.
• Full-time perks that actually perk: Medical, Dental, Vision, & supplemental insurances (130 hours monthly)—because benefits should feel like a win not a deduction from your check🎉
• 24/7 Rockstar Support – Respiratory experts + clinical team always available (and yes, you can actually call the CEO!).
• Growth That Matters – Ongoing training, mentorship, and career advancement.
• Safety First and Always – We do a thorough intake and inspect EVERY home before any visit. Your safety is a priority here. You meet and accept the cases you are comfortable taking.
