• Serve as an internal thought leader, advising project teams and leadership on complex noise/vibration and regulatory issues;
• Support project scoping and environmental strategy, including thresholds, methodologies, and regulatory positioning;
• Collaborate with CEQA project managers and technical SMEs to integrate noise analyses into broader environmental documents, with coordination of air quality and GHG analyses as applicable;
• Lead or support responses to agency comments, public review, and legal defensibility requirements.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with FHWA TNM, FHWA RCNM, CadnaA, SoundPLAN, or similar tools;
• Familiarity with CalEEMod, EMFAC, and AERMOD, or ability to coordinate and oversee air quality modeling efforts is a plus;
• Experience supporting Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) and coordinating with agencies such as BAAQMD, SCAQMD, EPA, and CARB;
