Company Description

New Grads Welcome to Apply

You're More Than Just a PTA — You're the Heart of Great Care

You chose this profession to help people move better, live better, and feel better—because you care. You love being part of a team, seeing patients progress, and making a real impact with every rep, stretch, and smile. But you also want more: Consistency. Growth. Respect. Support. You want to build a career—not just clock hours.

If that sounds like you, you belong at Cornerstone Physical Therapy.

Who We Are: Cornerstone Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned private practice and the largest, fastest-growing PT provider in Central Ohio, with clinics across Johnstown, Gahanna, New Albany, Newark, Granville, Canal Winchester, and Lancaster.

We combine direct access and a trusted referral network with a modern hybrid insurance/cash-pay model, so we can focus on quality care and long-term relationships.

And with smart systems that reduce documentation time by up to 75%, you’ll spend more time with people—not paperwork.
