About the Job

As a key growth accelerator, A11 partners with Europe’s most ambitious startups and scaleups, corporates and SMBs to connect them with top-tier talent ready to make an impact.

We're looking for a motivated Founder's Associate - Sales (m/f/d) to join and build the outbound and pipeline-generation engine at one of our Ecosystem companies.

In this role you'll own outbound and pipeline generation end to end, from identifying the right accounts to getting decision-makers on a call. This is not a "just set meetings" role. You'll have real ownership, and if you consistently perform, you'll earn the chance to take on more deal ownership over time, including supporting later-stage calls and moving into closing responsibilities.

Join the A11 Ecosystem - a next-generation procurement platform redefining how businesses discover, evaluate, and win public tenders across one of the world's largest yet most fragmented markets: €2 trillion in annual contract volume, scattered across 4,500+ portals in 29 countries. It harnesses qualified AI matching and agentic workflow automation to surface only the tenders that fit, analyze 100+ page documents in 30 seconds, and draft winning bids in minutes. Backed by leading investors, the company is scaling fast toward becoming the category-defining player in European public procurement.

In this role, you’ll:

• Run outreach workflows across phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Cold call daily and book qualified demos with decision-makers
• Iterate messaging and objection handling fast, turning learnings into better scripts, sequences, and playbooks
• Work defined ICPs and verticals systematically, track what converts, and double down on what works
• Partner closely with the GTM team on positioning and qualification, and feed market insights back to product and marketing
• Help build the GTM playbook that the next SDRs will run
• Earn the opportunity to step into an SDR Team Lead role or Account Executive, own the next stage of our outbound motion, and build the SDR team around the playbook you helped create

Your Profile:

• 6+ months of experience in outbound sales, SDR work, or a similar high-output role (startup experience is a plus)
• You've picked up the phone before and you're not afraid of rejection
• High ownership and high output: you measure your week by demos booked, qualified pipeline generated, and opportunities advanced
• Clear, confident communication in German, plus fluent English

You might be a fit if you:

• Love the craft of outbound: clean targeting, sharp messaging, and disciplined follow-up
• Are hungry for ownership and not interested in waiting for permission
• Care about winning but stay humble about what you don't know yet
• Have something outside of work that shows you don't do things halfway, whether that's competitive sports, a side project, or something completely different
• See this as the launchpad for a career in sales leadership

Please note that this position is based in Hamburg.

Benefits and Perks:

• Uncapped commission on top of a solid base. No ceiling on what you earn; the better you perform, the more you take home
• A real path, fast. Clear promotion reviews every 6 months. Move into Team Lead, then Account Executive with full deal ownership as fast as your performance warrants
• Pipeline you actually want to work. Qualified inbound and marketing-driven leads, not endless cold lists, so you focus on conversations that convert
• An AI-native sales stack that kills the busywork. Research, data entry, and admin are automated so you spend your time selling, not updating the CRM
• Real investment in your ramp. Structured onboarding, hands-on coaching, and weekly 1:1s so you ramp fast and keep leveling up
• Join the scale-up phase. The foundations are in place; now we're building repeatable GTM and scaling it

If you’re eager to join the A11 Ecosystem and shape what’s next, we want to hear from you!
