Turn big client ambitions into delivery that works: technically, commercially, and at scale. As a Vice President, Delivery, you’ll lead end-to-end execution across strategic accounts, bridge presales and delivery, and make sure what we promise is built for successful, profitable delivery!

Why Join Exadel

We’re an AI-first global tech company with 25+ years of engineering leadership, 2,000+ team members, and 500+ active projects powering Fortune 500 clients, including HBO, Microsoft, Google, and Starbucks.

From AI platforms to digital transformation, we partner with enterprise leaders to build what’s next.

What powers it all? Our people are ambitious, collaborative, and constantly evolving.

What You’ll Do

• Own delivery execution across an assigned portfolio of strategic accounts, from kickoff through steady-state delivery
• Bridge presales and delivery: ensure solutions committed to in the sales cycle are scoped realistically and set up for profitable delivery
• Own account health reporting for the portfolio (Weekly Delivery Pulse and Monthly RAG) with clear status, risks, and actions
• Drive gross margin performance within the portfolio: ramp-up, bench, utilisation, PTO leakage, and booking discipline
• Lead, develop, and performance-manage the Delivery Managers within the portfolio
• Act as the senior escalation point for at-risk accounts, driving recovery plans to resolution
• Partner with Account Management on commercial risk, renewal, and growth, protecting delivery feasibility and margin
• Bring Delivery-led offerings such as Zero Sprint and Red Team into the portfolio, and champion AI-enabled delivery practices across teams
• Represent Delivery in executive and account governance forums, both internally and with clients

What You Bring

• Extensive professional experience in engineering, delivery, or solutioning leadership within IT services, technology consulting, or digital transformation, with direct experience bridging presales and delivery
• Track record leading large, distributed engineering organizations (hundreds to 1,000+ people), including hiring at scale and org design
• Experience building and running Centres of Excellence or similar capability-building functions
• Hands-on leadership in AI-enabled delivery (e.g., AI coding tools, RAG-based systems, or LLM workflow automation)
• Strong commercial acumen: gross margin, pricing, proposal development, and a track record of multi-million dollar deal wins
• Executive presence, comfortable operating at CxO level with clients and internal leadership
• Experience stabilising or turning around at-risk accounts is a strong plus
