You are the "Human Compass" that helps the AI understand people better.

What You’ll Do (Simple Tasks):

• Safety Reviews: Review content that has been flagged as potentially risky or harmful and decide if it follows safety rules.
• Behavior Analysis: Look at how an AI interacts with users and identify if it is showing any biased or unfair behavior.
• Risk Reporting: Identify "gray areas" where an AI might give bad advice and suggest better, safer ways for it to respond.
• Mental Health Awareness: Use your degree to ensure the AI recognizes sensitive topics and handles them with care.

Qualification path

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Native Language:Native-level proficiency in your primary language. You need to understand the cultural and emotional "vibe" of how people talk in your country.
• English Proficiency:Basic (B1) English so you can read our project guides and safety rules.
• Empathy & Logic: You are good at understanding how people feel and spotting risks that others might miss.

Assessment:

In order to be hired into our community, you’ll go through a subject-specific qualification exam that will determine your suitability for the position and complete ID verification.

Payment:
