About the Role: As a Paid Social Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across key platforms, working closely with cross-functional strategists and global teammates. You’ll own performance on social channels end to end, mentor a small team, and act as a trusted partner to clients—translating business goals into high-impact paid social strategies that drive measurable results.

• Own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and other emerging social channels
• Proactively dive deep into each paid social platform to understand day-to-day performance drivers, creative impact, audience signals, and algorithm changes
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring paid social strategies align with client goals and consistently deliver results
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, analytics) and external partners to build and execute innovative, social-first media strategies
• Partner with global teammates, including North America, to align on paid social strategy, testing frameworks, and best practices across regions
• Analyze campaign performance and attribution data to surface actionable insights and optimization opportunities
• Continuously refine and improve paid social processes, documentation, and workflows to drive team efficiency and performance
• Stay up to date on paid social trends, platform updates, ad formats, creative best practices, and privacy changes impacting performance
