• Make a real impact – our flagship products will rely on the systems you help build and support

• Continuous learning across a wide array of cloud-native technologies

• Proficiency with Git and collaborative engineering workflows

• Familiarity with GitOps and declarative configuration management

• Ability to effectively leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate engineering workflows

• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and willingness to learn

• Clear communication and effective team collaboration

Desirable requirements

• Exposure to multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Oracle) and migration patterns

You will take part in cross-functional and cross-team communication to enhance collaboration. These will take the form of knowledge shares, reading groups, chapter group meetings, workshops and innovation projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate at the start of their platform engineering career to develop their skills in an exciting, technology-led company working on genuinely important problems.

Interview Process

• Getting to know you: In the first call, our recruiter will learn about you and your story to check a potential fit for Adarga. This is also a chance for you to ask initial questions about the role and company.

• Team Interview: You’ll meet with your potential team members who will take a deeper dive into the technical aspects of the role. Expect some high-level technical questions, competency-based questions, and another chance to ask questions.

• Technical Interview: You’ll work with your potential team members on technical questions and challenges. This will be a collaborative session – we’re interested in how you think and approach problems, not whether you have all the answers.

• Final Interview: The last stage! Here we’ll gain a better understanding of your experience to date, discuss different projects you’ve worked on and the impact you’ve had, and give you an opportunity to meet more of the wider team.
