THE ROLE

As an Inside Partner Account Manager (iPAM) within our APJ Global Partner Organisation, you will drive channel growth across ANZ by bridging the gap between strategic focus accounts and distribution-led partners. In this high-touch role, you will collaborate jointly with distribution business managers to accelerate high-potential "Growth Partners" toward Elite status, establish a thriving Everpure ANZ partner community, and streamline operational execution for field teams. By combining partner enablement with operational leadership, you will directly expand Pure’s market footprint and elevate channel productivity across the ANZ region.

WHAT YOU'll DO

• Accelerate Partner Tier Progression: Co-manage a portfolio of emerging partners alongside distribution business managers, executing growth plans, performance reviews, and certification roadmaps to elevate partners to Elite status and scale Pure’s ANZ market presence.
• Build & Mobilize the Everpure ANZ Partner Community: Champion the ANZ partner ecosystem by standing up recurring forums, webinars, and targeted communication cadences that foster peer-to-peer collaboration, elevate partner mindshare, and drive solution adoption.
• Streamline Channel Operations & Field Productivity: Direct essential operational motions—including deal registration triage, Salesforce hygiene, MDF and Rebate portal processing, and onboarding—to eliminate administrative drag for field sales teams and maximize strategic selling capacity.
• Deliver Actionable Channel Intelligence: Construct partner scorecards, pipeline dashboards, and QBR reporting packs to track performance against key channel metrics, surface market whitespace, and inform territory planning alongside sales leadership.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Channel & Partner Management Expertise: Experience in managing tech partner portfolios, collaborating with distribution channels, and guiding partners through sales and technical enablement pathways to achieve revenue growth.
• Community Leadership & Communication: Expertise in designing partner programs, hosting interactive webinars and forums, and producing clear, compelling channel communications that mobilize partner ecosystems.
• Operational & CRM Discipline: Proficiency in managing end-to-end channel operations, maintaining rigorous CRM data hygiene (Salesforce), and navigating partner incentive portals (MDF and Rebates) to ensure operational accuracy.
• Analytical & Data Synthesis Aptitude: Skilled in leveraging reporting tools and partner intelligence data to build actionable dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting that drive data-backed decision-making.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Sydney, Australia office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
