Who Are We?

RZR is an AI-native advertising platform built for the next era of performance marketing. We operate at the intersection of machine learning, programmatic media, and full-funnel mobile growth, powering campaigns for some of the world's most ambitious advertisers. Our platform is purpose-built to deliver outcomes at scale, not just impressions.

We are a team of builders, operators, and technologists who believe the advertising industry is overdue for a fundamental rethink. We move fast, operate with a high degree of ownership, and hold ourselves to an exceptionally high standard of craft.

RZR is scaling aggressively with an active M&A pipeline and a platform vision that puts us on a path to becoming an industry leader. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes.

Role Overview

India is one of the largest app markets in the world and the largest market in RZR's INSEA territory. We are hiring one of our first dedicated in-market sellers in India to build new business across user acquisition, retargeting and CTV — and to shape how RZR goes to market with Indian advertisers and agencies.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, INSEA, you will own the full sales cycle with India-based app marketers, consumer brands and media agencies, working closely with our Growth, Analytics, Marketing and Product teams to turn pipeline into revenue. This is a ground-floor role: you define the ICP, the agency strategy and the go-to-market approach for one of the world's largest app markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle — from account identification and outreach to contract, launch and handoff — for new RZR customers in India
• Present RZR's UA, retargeting and CTV solutions to decision makers at app-first companies (fintech, e-commerce & quick commerce, OTT, gaming, consumer apps) and large consumer brands
• Build relationships with media agencies and their performance / programmatic units to win agency-led budgets, including CTV
• Build and maintain a tiered target account list using the INSEA account prioritization framework, and keep pipeline and forecast current in CRM
• Partner with Growth and Analytics to scope test plans, agree KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention) and launch new customers successfully
• Leverage RZR marketing resources (case studies, content, events, ABM) to open doors and build brand awareness in India
• Represent RZR at India industry events and conferences
• Meet and exceed quarterly new business targets

Required Skills and Experience

• 7+ years of sales experience in programmatic or mobile advertising in India, including 4+ years selling performance solutions (UA, retargeting, DSP, ad networks) to app marketers
• A named list of accounts in India you can bring to RZR, backed by current relationships with growth / UA decision makers and agency performance leads
• Track record of closing new logos and meeting or exceeding quota — with numbers to show it
• Working knowledge of mobile measurement and performance concepts: MMPs and attribution, CPI / CPA / ROAS models, retargeting, Android-first supply
• Consultative seller who maps client KPIs to a solution and a test plan, and can present credibly to CMOs, growth heads and agency leads

Nice to have:

• Experience selling CTV or OTT advertising in India
• Relationships across fintech, quick commerce / e-commerce, OTT and gaming
• Has built a book of business from zero in a small or early-stage regional team

The RZR Code

Our Values

Our values define the company we want to be. They guide the decisions we make, the environment we create, and how we treat customers and each other.

• Win with Customers: We don't call it a win unless our clients win too. We earn long-term trust by putting their success at the center.
• One Team: No team wins when the company loses. We optimize for the company, not our function.
• Challenge with Respect: We say what we think and challenge ideas regardless of title. We are direct without being disrespectful.
• Learn Forward: Thoughtful experiments can fail; failing to learn from them cannot. Share what you learn.

Our Competencies

Our competencies define what we expect from each of us. They describe the behaviors and capabilities we demonstrate in our day-to-day work.

• Extreme Ownership: Own the outcome end to end, including problems you didn't create.
• Courage: Speak up, make hard calls, and take thoughtful risks.
• Move Fast: Act with urgency and decide with the information available.
• Curiosity: Ask why, look for better ways, and keep learning.
• Drive for Excellence: Set a high bar for quality and keep raising it.
• Deliver Results: Focus on outcomes that move the business forward.
• Proactive Communication: Share information early, before anyone has to ask.
• Manage Ambiguity: Make progress when the path isn't clear.
