At Morgan & Morgan, the work we do matters. For millions of Americans, we’re their last line of defense against insurance companies, large corporations or defective goods. From attorneys in all 50 states, to client support staff, creative marketing to operations teams, every member of our firm has a key role to play in the winning fight for consumer rights. Our over 6,000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People.

Morgan & Morgan is Seeking Employment Attorneys: Have You Ever Wondered What It Would Be Like to Represent the Employee Instead?

Most employment attorneys have spent their careers on one side of the table or the other.

Some have represented employers navigating difficult workplace disputes. Others have advocated directly for employees whose careers, reputations, and livelihoods were suddenly at risk.

Regardless of where you've practiced, chances are you've encountered a case that stayed with you long after it ended:

The employee who spoke up about wrongdoing and lost their job.
The workers endured harassment because they feared retaliation.
The executive who reported misconduct only to find themselves pushed out.
The individual whose career was altered by a decision they knew was unfair but didn't know how to challenge.

For those clients, employment law isn't simply a practice area. It's personal.

As our Employment Law Department continues to grow, we are seeking attorneys who are passionate about advocacy, committed to excellence, and motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the people they represent.

Success here requires more than legal knowledge. It requires judgment, empathy, strategic thinking and the ability to connect with clients whose lives may have been turned upside down and the skill to effectively advocate on their behalf.

Our attorneys handle sophisticated matters, work alongside accomplished colleagues, and advocate for individuals facing some of the most consequential moments of their professional lives. The attorneys who thrive on our team are intellectually curious, highly motivated, collaborative, and deeply committed to achieving exceptional outcomes for their clients.

At Morgan & Morgan, we are interested in speaking with employment attorneys from a broad range of backgrounds and at every stage of their careers. Whether you have spent years practicing employment law, developed transferable experience through a broader litigation practice, or are looking to make a move to plaintiff-side employment law, we’d love to hear from you.

We are growing across multiple states including Massachusetts, California, Washington, DC, New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Michigan. We encourage applicants from interested attorneys based in Boston, LA/Orange County/San Francisco, NYC, Chicago, and Detroit.

If you're actively exploring new opportunities or have been curious about plaintiff-side employment law but have been waiting for the right invitation, consider this your invitation. We'd love to hear your story.
