Job Description
- Greet patients as they arrive
- Answer phone calls
- Check patients in and out
- Enter demographics and insurance into EMR
- Schedule appointments
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Customer service
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Candidates must consent and pass a criminal background check
- Possess the ability to work as a Team
Job Type:
- Full-Time: Monday through Thursday 7:45 to 4:30/5:00 pm and Fridays 7:45am to 1:00pm
Experience:
- 2 years’ medical office experience preferred, not required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Certifications:
- Administrative Assistant certificate preferred but not required
