• Maintain 100% accuracy of vehicle status in our fleet software. You will be responsible for verifying physical inventory and coordinating vehicle movement without onsite oversight.
• Maintain constant communication with central operations and support teams via digital channels (slack, email, etc.).
• Act as the local decision-maker for third-party relationships, ensuring local mechanics, body shops, and parking vendors adhere to our SLAs and quality standards.

Qualifications Required:

• Passion for cars and mobility – You love keeping vehicles in top shape.
• Detail-oriented & organized – You stay on top of schedules, paperwork, and vehicle conditions.
• Hands-on & proactive – You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
• Strong communication skills – You work well with drivers, mechanics, and management.
• Valid driver’s license – You may need to move vehicles or assist with deliveries.

Physical Demands:

• Vehicle Handling: Regularly operate, move, and park vehicles of various sizes (sedans, SUVs, etc.) safely and efficiently.
• Inspection & Maintenance: Frequently bend, kneel, crouch, or reach to inspect vehicle interiors, tires, and undercarriages.
• Lifting & Carrying: Occasionally lift or move objects up to 50 pounds, such as vehicle equipment, tools, or supplies.
• Outdoor Work: Work in a variety of weather conditions (heat, cold, rain) when performing outdoor fleet tasks.
• Standing & Walking: Spend extended periods standing, walking between vehicles, and moving around the lot or service areas.
• Manual Dexterity: Use hands and tools to perform light maintenance or cleaning tasks as needed.

Location: Boston (in-person, required)

Salary: $18 - $30 per hour; depending on experience.
