About the Role

As a Customer Engagement Senior Client Lead, you will help strengthen strategic client relationships and ensure customer data, insight and engagement solutions translate into measurable business outcomes. Working with cross-functional teams, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, connecting commercial objectives with dunnhumby’s customer science capabilities.

This is a senior client-facing role focused on growing partnerships, identifying opportunities for value creation, and helping clients embed customer-led decision making across their organisations.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in shaping client success while driving adoption of customer engagement solutions.

Leading strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Identifying commercial opportunities that support client growth and long-term partnership value.
Translating customer insights into actionable recommendations and engagement strategies.
Coordinating with analytics, consulting, product and delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Championing customer-centric thinking and demonstrating the commercial impact of dunnhumby solutions.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, influences through insight, and thrives in a client-focused environment.

Experience developing and growing senior stakeholder relationships.
Commercial acumen combined with an ability to connect data and insight to business outcomes.
Strong communication and storytelling skills that simplify complex concepts.
Collaborative leadership across multiple teams and disciplines.
Experience about customer behaviour, loyalty, engagement and retail performance.
