Do You Love Helping People Change Their Lives?

Some people apply to jobs. Others answer a calling. If you’re the kind of person who genuinely lights up when you help someone see a future they didn’t know was possible — this role was built for you.

At Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM), our Student Enrollment Specialists don’t just fill seats. They change trajectories. Every day, you’ll talk to people who are ready for something more — a real career, a skilled trade, a future with their hands on aircraft that carry people home safely. Your job is to meet them where they are, believe in them before they fully believe in themselves, and guide them all the way through the door.

If that kind of work energizes you, keep reading.

• Connect with prospective students through phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings — and bring genuine enthusiasm to every interaction
• Assess each student’s goals and eligibility, then champion the program that fits them best

• Hit and exceed enrollment KPIs — outreach volume, contact-to-appointment conversion, application completion, and closing ratios — because you hold yourself to a high standard
• Follow up with persistence and care — life gets in the way for students; you don’t let a good fit slip through the cracks
• Represent AIM at open houses, career fairs, and community events with the energy and pride of someone who truly believes in what we offer

• Has a proven track record in sales or customer service — you know what it means to work toward a number and you take pride in hitting it
• Communicates with warmth, clarity, and confidence across diverse audiences
• Takes initiative — you don’t wait to be told what to do; you see what needs to happen and you make it happen
• Stays organized and follows through — prospective students are counting on you, and you don’t let them down
