**A note before you read further**

The world is changing fast, and so is this role. We can't fully tell you what this job looks like in six months. That's true of every role at Human Agency right now. What we need from you, no matter what: accountability, curiosity, and a builder-first mindset. If that sounds exciting, keep reading. If it sounds intimidating but you're still interested, let's talk. If none of that sounds like you, that's okay. This probably isn't your spot.

About Human Agency

We're scaling rapidly and have a growing pipeline of opportunities that demand exceptional talent across disciplines. Our mission is to bring on individuals, from creative producers to technical experts to entrepreneurial leaders, who can help us realize this next chapter of growth.

We are a company of doers. Leaders roll up their sleeves, teams work flat, and everyone contributes to what ships. Titles don't insulate us from feedback or basics. We invite critique, learn quickly, and keep raising the bar. The best ideas win here, no matter where they come from, because clients trust us to deliver the strongest outcomes every time.

Our clients' missions, products, and bottom lines are sacred. We immerse ourselves in their world, becoming stewards of their goals and partners in solving big problems. Every product, strategy, or asset we create must be both beautiful and functional; practical, usable, and designed for real-world impact.

Humans are our most valuable resource, and we only grow by hiring people who push us forward. Across strategy, engineering, design, data, and operations, we seek out teammates who raise the bar and make us better. Always hire up, never down.

We partner with organizations of all sizes to explore, design, and implement AI strategies that are secure, scalable, and human-centered. We believe AI should amplify human potential, not replace it, and we build with that conviction in every engagement. From advisory and tooling to implementation and education, we meet clients where they are and help them integrate AI in ways that align with their mission and values. Our goal is to empower teams to work smarter, move faster, and unlock new possibilities through thoughtful, responsible innovation.

And through it all, we lead with purpose, love, and adventure. We do meaningful work with people we care about, and we make the ride an adventure worth taking. Because at Human Agency, who we are and how we work are one and the same.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional sales role. We are not calling on mid-level executives to sell packaged service engagements. We are becoming the AI entrepreneur embedded inside the biggest companies in America — the team that gets carte blanche from the owner to go build the future of their business.

That requires owner-level access. It requires trust that takes years to build. It requires a network of relationships at the very top of the market — founders, family office principals, PE partners, and the executives who actually control capital allocation and strategic direction. You have that network. You open the doors. We close together.

You will be responsible for building the commercial engine that takes Human Agency from a high-performing consultancy to the strategic AI partner for the 5,000 most important companies in North America. You will create the relationships, design the outreach strategy, and represent us in rooms where decisions get made. This is your opportunity to prove what you're capable of at the highest levels of business.

What You'll Own

• Build and activate your network. You will systematically identify and engage owners, founders, family business leaders, and PE partners who control strategic decisions at target companies. You get us the meeting with the person who can say "yes, go build the future of my company."
• Design and execute strategic outreach. You will create a disciplined, relationship-driven go-to-market motion targeting enterprise owners and family businesses. This is not volume-based prospecting — this is high-touch, high-trust relationship development at scale.
• Represent Human Agency at the highest levels. You will be the face of the firm in boardrooms, private events, conferences, and executive forums. You will carry the mission, articulate the vision, and build the credibility required to win at this level.
• Collaborate on deal structure and closing. You open the door, but you stay in the room. You will work directly with leadership to shape the conversation, design the engagement, and close the partnership. This is a team sport, and you play offense.
• Own the revenue trajectory. You will be accountable for pipeline development, relationship velocity, and ultimately the growth of Human Agency's client base. You will build the systems, rituals, and discipline required to scale this motion without losing the quality of the work or the relationships.

Who You Are

Experience & Skills

• You have an established, high-quality network of owners, founders, family office principals, PE partners, or C-suite executives at large enterprises. Your rolodex opens doors that most people spend years trying to access.
• You graduated from an elite MBA program — Harvard Business School, Stanford GSB, Wharton, Booth, Kellogg, or equivalent — and you've built on that foundation with real-world credibility and relationships.
• You have 10+ years of experience operating at senior levels in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or enterprise sales — environments where trust, reputation, and relationship capital matter more than product demos.
• You have a track record of opening and closing high-stakes relationships. You know how to navigate complex organizations, multi-stakeholder decision processes, and long sales cycles without losing momentum.
• You are comfortable in any room. You can hold a conversation with a third-generation family business owner, a PE Managing Director, and a Fortune 500 CEO — and you know how to adjust your approach without losing authenticity.

Mindset & Traits

• You have integrity and seriousness. You are not coasting on your pedigree or your last name. You are building something, and you want this role to be the proof of what you are capable of.
• You see this as your opportunity, not a stepping stone. You are here to build the revenue engine for a company that is going to matter, and you want to be the person who made that happen.
• You are entrepreneurial and resourceful. You do not wait for a playbook. You figure out what works, you test it, you refine it, and you scale it.
• You have sales instinct. You may not describe yourself as the world's best closer, but you know how to move a conversation forward, read a room, and create the conditions for a yes.
• You operate with clarity and discipline. You manage your time, your pipeline, and your relationships like an investor manages a portfolio — with rigor, intentionality, and a long-term view.
• You care about the work, not just the deal. You want to sell something that matters, to people who will use it to build something great. You believe in what Human Agency is doing, and that belief shows up in every conversation.

Compensation & Logistics

• This is a remote role based in the United States or Canada. You will work closely with leadership and collaborate across time zones as needed.
• This is a full-time role with significant upside and equity participation for the right person.
• Occasional travel required for client meetings, conferences, and company offsites.

Equal Opportunity Commitment

Human Agency is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We value diverse perspectives and are committed to building inclusive, high-performing teams where everyone can do their best work.
