The Role

You'll own the full sales lifecycle across Fortune 1000 accounts, identifying, navigating, and closing high-impact enterprise deals. In this role, you'll guide complex organizations through their evaluation of modern litigation technology, translating platform capabilities into provable business value that expands Everlaw's footprint in the corporate market.

Prospecting and new-customer development are core requirements of this role. You will build a disciplined prospecting strategy for your territory: segment and prioritize target accounts, identify the right entry points and buying groups, and establish a consistent, measurable cadence of research, outreach, and follow-up. You will use a mix of tailored outbound motions and channels to create relevant conversations—not rely solely on inbound interest or existing relationships.

You will continually build inroads into net-new Fortune 1000 organizations, developing relationships across legal, executive, and cross-functional stakeholders and converting those connections into qualified opportunities. Strong performance means owning this work with consistency and intention: maintaining a healthy pipeline of self-sourced opportunities, testing and refining your approach, and translating territory activity into durable enterprise pipeline and new-logo growth.

This is a full-time, exempt position based in our New York City office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr.

What you'll do

• Prospect, build, and execute strategic territory and account plans to generate a durable enterprise pipeline across Fortune 1000 prospects.
• Lead sophisticated, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from qualification and discovery through negotiation and close.
• Partner with Solutions Architects, Value Engineers, and Customer Success to conduct tailored product demonstrations and proofs of value for senior executive stakeholders.
• Leverage modern sales tools—including Salesforce, Outreach, Chorus, and ZoomInfo—to uncover, track, and close high-value business opportunities.
• Maintain a deep, evolving grasp of the competitive landscape to effectively articulate Everlaw’s key differentiators.
• Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet in person with prospective clients and collaborate directly with your team.

About You

• You have at least 5 years of field sales experience in an Enterprise or Strategic B2B SaaS role.
• You bring a proven track record of exceeding quota ($1M+ ARR) by closing net-new enterprise logos.
• You take an active, disciplined approach to hunting, territory planning, and generating your own pipeline.
• You communicate persuasively with senior enterprise leaders, translating complex operational challenges into clear business cases.
• You thrive in collaborative deal environments, partnering across technical and legal teams to navigate intricate contract cycles.
• You are authorized to work in the United States. Please note that at this time, Everlaw is not sponsoring U.S. employment visas for this role.

Bonus points

• You have experience selling legal technology platforms.
• You have familiarity with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message sales methodologies.

About Everlaw

When a lawsuit or investigation happens, teams must comb through vast amounts of electronic evidence — emails, documents, chats, files — to find what matters. That work is not a side task but the case itself, and where most of the time and money in litigation goes. Everlaw is the litigation and investigation management platform changing that, using AI to turn mountains of messy data into the handful of facts that win or lose a case, compressing weeks of work into hours.
