The Role

Addepar's Private Fund Look-Through (PFLT) offering gives clients deep visibility into the underlying holdings of their private fund investments by extracting holding-level data directly from GP financial statements—primarily the Schedule of Investments (SOI). This white-glove solution combines proprietary AI/ML extraction technology with human-in-the-loop review to ensure maximum accuracy and full portfolio transparency.

You will play a pivotal role in driving team performance metrics, leading ML model retraining initiatives, and collaborating across Product, Engineering, ML Operations, and Client Success teams. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is based on the first day of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
