Company Description

High-Performing Dealership | $240,000+ Earning Potential | Career Growth

We're looking for an exceptional automotive leader—not someone looking to learn the business, but someone who knows how to lead it, grow it, and deliver results.

Join a nationally recognized Audi dealership ranked Top 10 nationally for New and Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) performance. This is an opportunity to lead within a proven, high-performing operation backed by one of the largest automotive groups in the country.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out:

• Top 10 Nationally: Join a top-performing Audi dealership recognized for its New and CPO performance.

• Proven Career Advancement: This opportunity is available because the previous manager was promoted to General Manager within Sonic Automotive. In fact, the last three managers in this operation have advanced into GM positions within our company.

• Compensation That Rewards Performance: Performance-based earning potential of $240,000+ annually, with compensation tailored to experience, leadership ability, and results.

• Opportunity to Make an Impact: Lead within an established operation with the resources, inventory, and team support to drive continued success.

Job Description

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a premium automotive leader with extensive experience building, developing, and leading high-performing dealership teams.

We are open to candidates with proven leadership experience as a General Manager, New Car Manager, or Used Car Manager. Our dealership has the organizational depth and flexibility to structure responsibilities around the strongest overall candidate.

Candidates must bring substantial automotive dealership management experience, a demonstrated history of strong performance, and the ability to lead successful teams. Candidates without qualifying dealership management experience and a proven track record of results will not be considered.

We are looking for the best overall fit—not simply someone to fill a position.
