- Advise clients on alternative delivery methods including CM/GC, CMAR, GC/CM, Progressive Design-Build, and Design-Build strategies.
- Develop, review, and validate project budgets, cost estimates, and financial assumptions to align with scope and owner expectations.
- Review and monitor schedules, identify risks or variances, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project performance.
- Lead risk assessments, decision analysis, lifecycle cost evaluations, and scope/schedule/budget negotiations in the owner’s best interest.
Who You Are
- 9+ years of consulting, owner’s advisory, program management, construction management, or infrastructure project delivery experience.
- Strong background in cost estimating, budget management, schedule analysis, and risk management for capital projects.
- Proven experience managing complex infrastructure programs from concept through construction and closeout.
- Deep understanding of Alternative Public Works procurement methods and collaborative delivery models.
